R & L Hydraulics Inc. has over 11,000 square feet of modern plant and office facilities, as well as complete engineering capabilities.

R & L Hydraulics, Inc. uses Auto CAD 14 for engineering design drawings. All Hydraulic systems are shipped with a circuit drawing and a complete bill of materials.

R & L Hydraulics, Inc. specializes in the design and manufacture of hydraulic power units. Each unit is designed to meet our customer's specific requirements. Cylinder repair (minor and major) including complete design of cylinders for special applications is available. Pump, motor, and hydrostatic sales and service are available.

R & L Hydraulics Inc. has the capability to conduct extensive testing of manufactured and repaired hydraulic equipment. We have a 250 horsepower 1800 RPM test stand for testing pumps. This test stand is equipped with a proportional relief valve, adjustable from 0-5500 PSI. An additional test stand for the testing of smaller hydraulic pumps is available. This stand incorporates features to allow the quick changing of pumps to minimize down time. We are able to monitor flow and horsepower and create an efficiency chart for the tested pumps.

R & L Hydraulics, Inc. in conjunction with other on site manufactures within the industrial park is capable of total systems integration. Electronic microprocessor controls are built at Industrial Control Engineering and integrated with power units built by R &L. This allows our customers "one stop shopping" for total Electronic/Hydraulic packages.

Complete machining services are available within the industrial park. Preferred Machining Services provides machining for all of the manufactured assemblies of R & L designed equipment. The use of an on site machining source gives us better control of quality and delivery schedules.
